Bill Matits

Bill Matits has served as HealthPort’s Senior Vice President of Sales since January 2008.  From October 2005 to December 2007, Mr. Matits served as the Senior Vice President of Sales of Smart Document Solutions, LLC, which merged with Companion Technologies in June 2007 to form HealthPort.  Mr. Matits’s success has been a direct result of his proven leadership, drive and passion for the company’s advancement in the health information technology (HIT) industry.  Matits has over 13 years of experience in the industry and prior to joining HealthPort has held various sales management positions within several “blue chip” service organizations including Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and Bank of America, Business Services.  Matits holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.
